Terms & conditions

1. REFUND POLICY: Upon completion of purchase all sales are final, no refunds will be provided in the event of a cancellation of an order.

2. EVENT CHANGES: Should the competitor switch events to a different Natty by Nature LLC event and this has been approved by Natty by Nature LLC. Natty by Nature LLC will honor the pre-package purchase and shift that purchase to the new event. However, it is the sole responsibility of the customer (payee) to confirm this situation and follow up with Natty by Nature LLC in a timely manner which is defined as within 30 days of the event run date for which the customer participated in.

3. PRE-SHOW PACKAGE DELIVERY: For orders that are purchased in advance of the event, Natty by Nature LLC will distribute the event photos within 7 business days of the event close.

4. POST-SHOW PACKAGE DELIVERY: For orders that are purchased after the event has completed, Natty by Nature LLC will distribute the event photos within 7 business days of the purchase.

5. DISTRIBUTION: Delivery of the service will be to the email provided by the user at the time of purchasing. Delivery of the materials will be considered completed once Natty by Nature LLC sends the email to the purchaser. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure the email is correct at the time of purchase and monitor their email service provider inboxes including their spam/junk folders for delivery. The purchaser has the right to follow up directly with Natty by Nature LLC should any issues persist due to email delivery issues but any delays of receipt of materials because of the email provided or email service provider are not the responsibility of Natty by Nature LLC.

6. GENERAL: Through purchase it is agreed that the laws of the State of Minnesota shall govern this agreement. Any disputes and or claims must be settled through this jurisdiction.
